Live animal transportation

Specialized transportation for animals that deserve exceptional care.

Pet relocation and companion animal transport, domestically and internationally — planned around the animal, not around a parcel network.

What we arrange

One coordinator, from the first call to the front door

Every animal movement is planned individually. You speak to the same coordinator throughout, and the plan is agreed with you before anything is booked.

Pet Relocation

A full move planned end to end — collection, travel, arrival handling and delivery to the new home.

Domestic Animal Transportation

Ground movements in temperature-controlled vehicles with rest and check stops built into the plan.

International Pet Transportation

Cross-border journeys coordinated around the documentation and carrier rules that apply to your route.

Kennel & Crate Preparation

Guidance on the crate specification your route requires, and on familiarising the animal with it before travel.

Travel Documentation Guidance

A written checklist of what your destination requires, and when each item needs to be obtained.

Airport Coordination

Handover at the animal reception facility, liaison with the carrier, and collection arrangements on arrival.

Who travels with us

Dogs, cats and other approved companion animals

Dogs

From small breeds to large working dogs. Crate size is matched to the animal so it can stand, turn and lie down naturally, and snub-nosed breeds are planned with extra care because many carriers apply their own restrictions.

Cats

Quiet handling, familiar bedding and minimal handovers. Where two cats normally live together we will look at whether they can travel in adjoining crates.

Other approved companion animals

Other species may be possible depending on the route and the carriers involved. Tell us what you have in mind and we will confirm honestly whether we can help.

Requirements vary by destination. Entry rules are set by the authorities at the destination and by each carrier on the route, and they change. We do not provide veterinary services and we do not issue health certificates, permits or any other government documentation — you obtain those from your own veterinarian and the relevant authorities. What we do is tell you precisely what your route requires, when each item is needed, and then build the journey around it.

Tracking

Welfare-oriented stages, not parcel scans

An animal transport has its own tracking record with stages that describe what is actually happening to the animal — and a coordinator who updates you at each handover.

  1. Transport Scheduled

Journey plan agreed and the route confirmed with each carrier.

  2. Documentation Verified

Your veterinary and travel paperwork checked against the route requirements.

  3. Pickup Completed

Collected from home and settled into the travel crate.

  4. In Transit

On the road, in the air or at sea, in a temperature-controlled environment.

  5. Facility Check

Welfare check at a handover point — water, bedding and condition.

  6. Arrival Processing

Arrival formalities completed at the destination.

  7. Ready for Delivery

Cleared and waiting for the final leg to the new home.

  8. Delivered

Handed over to you, with a final condition note.

What we ask of you

  • The veterinary and travel documentation your route requires, obtained within the window it specifies.
  • An honest picture of the animal's health, temperament and any medication.
  • Crate familiarisation in the weeks before travel — it makes an enormous difference.
  • A contact who can be reached at both ends of the journey.

What we commit to

  • A named coordinator for the whole journey.
  • A written plan and documentation checklist before anything is booked.
  • Welfare checks recorded at every handover point and visible on the tracking record.
  • A straight answer if the journey should be postponed — on temperature, on fitness to travel, or on paperwork that is not yet right.

The journey

Requirements are set by the destination and vary by route. We do not issue veterinary or government documentation — tell us where you are up to and we will set out exactly what your route needs.

Animal movements are carried out under our animal transportation terms.
