How it works

From enquiry to signature

    Request a quote

    Send the route, weight and dimensions. We confirm the service, the transit time and the price in writing.

    Book and prepare

    Accept the quotation and we schedule collection. Pack to the guidance below and label each piece clearly.

  3. 03

    We collect

    Collection happens in the agreed window. Your tracking number is live from the moment the record is created.

  4. 04

    Track to delivery

    Follow every stage on the tracking page, and retrieve proof of delivery once the shipment is signed for.

Packaging guidance

  • Use a rigid outer carton in good condition — not a reused box with weakened seams.
  • Leave at least five centimetres of cushioning between the contents and every wall.
  • Seal all seams with strong tape in an H pattern, top and bottom.
  • Remove or fully cover old labels and barcodes.
  • Tell us at booking about fragile items, liquids, batteries or anything temperature-sensitive.

Tracking, insurance and confirmation

    A UEL tracking number is issued when the record is created and stays live until delivery.

  • Cover options

    Carrier liability applies as standard; additional cover is quoted against declared value and contents. Terms are confirmed with your quotation.

  • Delivery confirmation

    Where proof of delivery is captured it appears on the tracking page once the shipment is marked delivered, and can be printed from there.
