Scope
United Express Logistic arranges and carries out the transportation of approved companion animals. We do not provide veterinary care, and we do not issue health certificates, permits or any other government documentation.
Owner responsibilities
The owner is responsible for obtaining and supplying the veterinary and travel documentation each route requires, for disclosing the animal's health, temperament and any medication, and for presenting the animal fit to travel on the agreed date.
Requirements vary by destination
Entry requirements are set by the authorities at the destination and by each carrier involved, and they change. We will tell you what your route requires at the time of booking, but the requirements themselves are not ours to waive.
Welfare and refusal to carry
Describe the circumstances in which a movement will be postponed or refused on welfare grounds — including temperature embargoes, an animal presenting unfit to travel, or a crate that does not meet the required specification — and how costs are handled in those cases.
